  • Gossiping about another woman’s look behind her back. The more I can appreciate other women’s beauty and body image, the more I can appreciate my own.

Between now and 30 days from today, I will acquire these habits:

  • Giving my body the attention it deserves.
  • Refining my poise and posture, and the way I walk.
  • Focusing more on my assets.
  • Loving myself—as I am and who I am.
