Discovered on the streets of New York City by Eileen Ford, of the legendary FORD Agency, Coco is a graduate of City College of New York. She has graced the pages of Mademoiselle, Glamour, and Italian and French Vogue, as well as countless other fashion magazines. 

She was part of Revlon’s groundbreaking women of color campaign “Polished Embers,” and became the first African American model to be featured in the Sports Illustrated swimwear issue. Yes! That’s correct. Coco was indeed the first Black model in Sports Illustrated.  

At Flourish Digital Magazine, we also love that Coco continues to give back to the fashion community by mentoring and coaching young models.
